Waves of Grace 2012

Dear  Sisters in Christ,

 

Enclosed please find brochures for the Waves of Grace, Women’s Wildwood Weekend being held April 20, 21, 2012.  The theme for this year’s event comes from Luke 10:27, “Love the Lord Your God, with all our heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and love your neighbor as yourself.”  The Retreat begins at 7pm on Friday evening and ends at 5 pm on Saturday with Sunday as optional.  

 

Many women and churches do not have the resources to put together a special time away, such as an annual retreat.  Waves of Grace Women’s Wildwood Weekend will offer women of all ages, races and denominations an opportunity to encounter the grace and love of God through a time of worship, hearing the word, and fellowship in a local, affordable retreat setting.

 

As the ocean is a place of great peace and comfort for many where one can see the power of God through the water and sand, this yearly event will be in the spring and will be held at the Wildwood Convention Center on the Boardwalk, Wildwood, NJ.  

 

The Retreat is not intended to replace those women’s gatherings that are all ready in place, but to be in addition to, as women throughout the state and region would be connected in the Spirit.  Come as a group, or as an individual thirsting for the God’s amazing grace.

 

You may sign up for the retreat by sending in $40 and the registration form to the address listed above.  Each individual or group can secure local housing through the Convention Center’s 1-800#.
