Mission: FUMC Hightstown Administers to and Nuturers the body of Christ as we Extend beyond the walls to Worship God and makes disciples for Jesus Christ.

Administers

The Administers team oversees the finance, resources, staffing and structure of the church. Committees that are part of the Administers team include Trustees, Finance, Staff Parish Relations (SPRC), Stewardship and Nominations. The Administers team replaces the Administrative Council and meets the first Saturday of each month.

Nurtures

The Nurtures team cares for all of those who are part of our current church family. The committees that are part of the Nurtures team include Sunday School, Youth Group, Sunday Night Alive worship, UMW, UMM, Hospitality, Bible Studies and Fellowship. The Nurtures team will have quarterly meetings.

Extends

The Extends team encompasses all of the ways that we reach beyond our walls into our community and the world. The committees that are part of the Extends team include Methodist Madness, Habitat for Humanity, Giving Tree, Crop Walk Undee Sunday, Boy/Girl Scouts, Community outreach and Monthly Methodist giving. This team will meet quarterly.

Worships

Our Worship team provides opportunities to lift our heart and voices to praise God at weekly services and for special holiday services. The committees that are part of this team include Adult, Youth and Cherub Choirs, Bells and Chimes, Ushers, Acolytes, our Worship committee and leaders, and any special worship events teams. This team will meet on a quarterly basis.
